| Annotation |
The article explores the role of law as a form of regulation of social relations. The influence of social norms on the development of the legal system is analyzed in the article. The author covered the interdependence between social sphere and legal development. The features of the formation of a civil society in Ukraine in the context of the existing democratic experience are distinguished. It is proved that legal prediction is one of the most important areas of approximation of law to the real needs of the citizens. The author elucidates the basic directions of the legal prediction, taking into account the prospects of cooperation between the State and civil society in Ukraine. |
