| Annotation |
Some statements and preliminary conclusions based on comparison of the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property reports of 2004–2005 and 2010–2011 and the Intellectual Property Research Institute of the NALS of Ukraine research activities data of 2010, 2011, 2012 are formulated in the article. In the Federal Republic of Germany increasing attention is paid to the means of criminal cycle aimed at improving intellectual property protection. More strict sectoral distinction is established in Ukraine rather than in the FRG. It explains a larger number of civil studies of intellectual property protection in Ukraine. |
