| Annotation |
The article is devoted to the contractual regulation of family relationships in Ukraine. The historical development of the contractual regulation of family relationships is considered, opportunities to conclude maintenance contracts, postnuptial contracts, antenuptial contracts and contracts that are not mentioned in the Family Code of Ukraine are analyzed. Special attention is given to determination of the limits of contractual freedom in family relationships and the application of the rules of civil law to regulate family law contracts; the peculiar properties of family law contracts are identified. Considerable attention is paid to the legal regulation of the marriage contract, as a complex contract and recognition them as a void or voidable contracts on the basis of the analysis of judicial practice.
