| Annotation |
Issues in the procedure for appeals against decisions of the investigating judge which were made at preliminary investigation are covered in the article. The author pays attention to the imperfection of new Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine in parts regarding appeal against decisions of the investigating judge after review in appellate procedure; and also decisions of the court of appeal based on results of the consideration of appeal on such decision.
