The article presents a general theoretical characterization of control as a legal form of activity. Its specificity which is due to belonging to the system of social control is described. Among the special features are called opposite effect on each other's subject and object control, addictive nature, content and direction control on the character, nature and type of the corresponding social system, aimed at maintaining order and stability in society, security sanctions or the threat of their use, both through the implementation of internal control, and through interaction with the controlled object. |
