The peculiarities of formation of the legal status and regime of the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait after the collapse of the Soviet Union have been considered in the article. The main stages of the negotiation process concerning the delimitation of state borders between Ukraine and Russia in the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait have been analyzed. |
