| Annotation |
The article deals with the basic concept and types of obligations from injury prevention, namely: voluntary activities in the property interests of another person aimed at rescuing life, health, and property of an individual or a legal person. The abovementioned obligations are homogeneous, constitute a relatively independent group of non-contractual obligations, based upon injury prevention activities. The improvement of the system of noncontractual obligations set forth in the Civil Code of Ukraine is proposed. |
