| Annotation |
The author analyzes the legal peculiarities of the contract on transportation by railway of general use. The essence of legal relations related to railway transportation is defined in the article. The connection between this contract and all other types of commercial contracts is specified. The article also determines the availability of additional and supplementary to transportation relations in this contract. It is stated, that the availability of such relations is a condition for rendering qualitative transportation services. The railway transportation contract is considered as an integrated service agreement. |
