| Annotation |
The article deals with the general features of the development of doctrinal sources of law in modern conditions of globalization. It is noted that in the context of globalization there is a tendency for strengthening the role and importance of legal doctrine in dealing with certain court cases, especially at the international level. Way of expressing legal doctrine in this case is a primarily doctrinal interpretation of legal norms, based on the relevant principles. This tendency is particularly evident in the context of the protection of fundamental rights, freedoms and legitimate interests. The author concludes that it is the legal doctrine that helps organically combine the sociocultural context of the development of any society with the gradual universalization of social life, due to the processes of globalization. |
