| Annotation | The author analyses legal nature and evolution of international court under history of humanity. The legal nature of interstate conflicts solving by means of arbitration in Ancient Greece and Rome, Middle Ages is researched. Being a specific dimension of international judicial proceedings development the institute of supreme court and its role in the process of forming the federal unions (Switzerland, Germany, USA) is considered. The development of the permanent international courts is shown. |
