| Annotation |
This article is devoted to the methodological analysis of the relations between theoretical jurisprudence and scientific rationality and hermeneutics. It is argued that contemporary jurisprudence is an epistemologically heterogeneous phenomenon, and therefore combines different types of rationality; hence it is possible to hypothesize about the methodological originality of legal science. |
