The article is concentrated on significant problems associated with theadoption of the rule of law in Ukraine. D. North and R. Inglehart approaches are used to determine the causes of these problems and identify their perspectives. D. North concept of violence distinguishes limited access orders and open access orders. R. Inglehart theory of modernization binds human development and consolidation of democracy in society with self-expression values spreading. |
