| Annotation |
The article provides the analysis of main tendencies in the economic procedure legislation in Ukraine; separate rules regulating the consideration of economic disputes and changes are considered. The author investigates basic provisions on hearing of bankruptcy cases, a condition of the economic procedure legislation today and its novels. Possible ways of development of the legislation in the sphere of jurisdiction of economic disputes, terms of their decision, entry into force of the court decisions and an order of their appeal are allocated. |
