The article is devoted to the analysis of the provisions of the new regulations that replaced or partially replaced the Brussels Convention on jurisdiction and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters, 1968 and the Lugano Convention on international jurisdiction and recognition and enforcement of civil and commercial matters, 1988, relating to the determination of the jurisdiction of disputes arising from the trust.
