The subject of the article is to determine the legal nature of the regulatory law terminationof legal facts, which is to ensure effective action of the mechanism of legal termination of civilian property relations at the stage law realization. Law termination of legal fact at the stage of law realization, the onset of which is the final point of the existence of civilian property relations, provides the action of regulatory function of law. |
