The topical issues of improvement of legal protection of intellectual property in Ukraine are examined in the article. The harmonization of legislation in the sphere of intellectual property and its adaptation to EU law was analyzed.The reformation of the order of protectionof intellectual property rights through the creation of intellectual justice was researched. Amendments to the civil legislation were proposed.
