| Annotation |
The article is dedicated to studying the nature of the right to labor through the prism of modern concepts of the rights. The author declares that, like any right, the right to labor has a dual nature the essence of which lies in combining natural and civil aspects of the right. Such combination is symbolic and can be grounded by semantic load of the normative understanding of the right to labor. |
