The article reviews typical investigative situations that arise during the investigation of cases of bribetaking by judges. Based on the practices, an algorithm of investigation process and investigative documentation of such facts in various legal and actual circumstances is defined, recommendations of how to improve effectiveness against «judicial corruption» are formulated. |
