| Annotation |
The article is devoted to theoretical and legal highlighting of the problem of economic and legal regulation of innovation activity. Aim and nature of innovation policy in terms of economy administration are identified. Components and structure of economic and legal support of innovation activity are highlighted in the article. Made is the analysis of economic and legal ensuring of creation and operating of scientific and technical programs of government's innovation policy, as well as a degree of antimonopoly legislation provision which is directed on enchanting the competitive technologies, products and services. Intellectual property rights transmission methods (franchise, concession) are investigated; contracts of innovative type are identified and counted. |
