The article «Interests protected by law in property relations» is devoted to analysis of property interests. Disclosed the peculiarities of existence, realization and defence legally protected interests in the right of priority bargain, joint property, etc. Pointed out the specific character of interests defence in comparison with subjective right of property. Made the general conclusion that the methods of defence legal property interests can have possession and obligation nature.
