| Annotation |
The article deals with the judicial, non-judicial mediation and e-mediation application to solve labor disputes in Lithuania and its perspectives. The author points out the most important legal acts regulating mediation, mediation procedure and the essential features, advantages as well as disadvantages of various mediation types. The author considers the dominant tendencies concerning the spread of alternative dispute resolution and goals of legal education in introducing the society to useful possibilities for solving conflicts. |
