| Annotation |
The article deals with the legal nature of the critical information infrastructure concept, its origins and role in ensuring of the state's security. Particular attention in the research is given to legislative practice of the states, including Ukraine, referring to settlement of the issue, as well as to the determination of the necessity to adopt respective rules on international level. The comparative analysis of traditional and critical infrastructures is conducted. |
