| Annotation |
The article enlightens a scientific concept of international legal personality of European Union since its formation on the basis of Maastricht Treaty. After reviewing the ideas of home and foreign scientists as well as provisions of major treaties, the author concludes that European Union had become a plenipotentiary subject of international law not since the moment of its establishment but since the date of the Lisbon treaty entering into force. |
