| Annotation |
The article reveals the current state of corporate rights issues, covering various approaches to critical issues in this area regarding the legal nature of corporate law and corporate relations, their subjects and objects, including a vision of corporate rights as a subject or content of corporate relations. Analyzed is the ratio between civil regulation of corporate relations and their regulation by commercial, labor and administrative law. Provided is the vision of the level of national regulation of these relations with established doctrines in the Anglo-American and European law. The issues of corporate rights protection and disputes jurisdiction in this regard remain topical. |
