| Annotation | Fragmentation of international law is analyzed with a view to intersectoral cooperation in international law. The author interprets «WTO law» in the context of international environmental law and human rights protection, and makes the conclusion that nothing deters the application of established in the Vienna Convention of 1969 systematic interpretation to «covered agreements». However, the method of interpretation which was not directly fixed in «WTO law», is not rooted in the dispute resolution. |
