| Annotation |
The article considers the main contents of the comparative jurisprudence idea as separate scientific discipline formulated by German lawyer Paul Feuerbach in the first third of 19th century. In particular, views of the Feuerbach on the problem of natural law, character of legal philosophy, methods of positive law cognition, and aims of foreign law study are analyzed. On this base the Feuerbach’s conceptual view of the system of legal sciences, of process and means of comparative cognition of law and essence of comparative jurisprudence is considered. |
