| Annotation |
The article studies the specifics of modern state’s form transformations in its interaction with the civil society. The role of civil society in democratization of the political regime, providing effective citizens’ influence on the form of government and form of state organization is shown. The author analyzes theoretical and methodological foundations of allocating the democratic state form as the dominant form of organization and functioning of public authorities in modern world. |
