In this article the experience of administrative and legal regulation of social relations in the realisation of hostile mergers and acquisitions (corporate raid) in Australia is observed. The ways of positive examples implementation of such regulation in Ukraine have been emphasized. The author has analyzed special bodies powers in this area. |
